Driven by her passion for helping others, Sarah created a company dedicated to supporting individuals who find modern electronics confusing or frustrating. She is known for being knowledgeable, patient, and efficient, guiding clients through everything from setting up wireless printers to learning how to confidently use an iPad, iPhone, Kindle, Apple computer, PC, tablet, or Android phone.
Sarah offers both in home visits and structured classes, providing flexible options that meet clients where they are most comfortable.
Her mission is to educate those who feel overwhelmed by the technology often gifted to them by well meaning family members. With a calm and understanding approach, she ensures that each client not only learns how their devices work, but feels confident using them independently.
Sarah provides reference materials after each session to reinforce learning and remains available for continued support. Her clients know she is always just a phone call away.

Ellen Holmes
Ellen brings extensive experience from working with large and small banks, credit unions, and software companies throughout her career. After many years in corporate America, she chose to join a small business where she could make a more direct and meaningful impact. Helping others feel confident and capable with technology is what motivates her every day.
Ellen meets clients in their homes or at the Gadgets Made EaZy office to set up devices, provide hands on instruction, and ensure everything is configured properly. She works with smartphones, tablets, computers, and office systems, always focusing on clarity and efficiency.

She explains every step clearly and ensures clients understand how their technology works before the session is complete.
